Please pay attention to the following steps during the online application:

• The application link will be accessed at the address  >> LINK

• The application system will be active from 10th July 2023, 08:00.

• No fee will be charged for the application.

• High school/secondary school graduation diplomas or transcripts must include a notation indicating the high school diploma grade.

• Each candidate can make a maximum of 5 preferences.

• Applications with incomplete or incorrect information will be considered invalid.

• All applications for undergraduate/associate degree programs, both domestic and international, will be accepted only online. Applications submitted by mail or in person will not be accepted.

• The announcement of evaluation results will be available through the application system.

• Candidates must provide accurate nationality information. Dual nationals are required to provide an Extract of Civil Registration Record indicating their first nationality.

• The provided email and phone number should belong to the candidate themselves, and each candidate should use only one email. No correspondence or transactions should be conducted on behalf of other candidates using this email and phone number.

• Students admitted to the Faculty of Fine Arts will be subject to a special aptitude exam before final registration. The evaluation of applications made to educational units that accept students through a special aptitude exam will be based on the criteria specified in the special aptitude exam guidelines. Final registration procedures will be carried out for students who succeed in the special aptitude exam.

• After paying the tuition fee/contribution fee on the relevant dates following placement results, student applicants will receive their acceptance letters from the email used in the application.

• ATTENTION! The face-to-face registration dates are the deadlines for submitting original documents. Before these dates, candidates who will take the TOMER-Foreign Language exemption exam or who are exempt from these exams must follow the academic calendar of the department they are enrolled in. • Acceptance letters will be sent to the email addresses of students who complete online registration.

• Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University has the freedom to fill its quotas.

• Our university does not have any agreements with individuals, educational consulting companies, or intermediary institutions, and no quotas have been allocated to any institution or individual.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (Council of Higher Education Regulations on the Admission of International Students from Abroad)

Applicants who will be accepted:

a) Provided that they are in their final year of high school or have graduated:

1. Foreign nationals (except for those who have registered before the 2022-2023 academic year in secondary schools (high schools) in Turkey, excluding embassy schools and international private education institutions included in the MOBIS system)

2. Individuals who were born as Turkish citizens but renounced their Turkish citizenship by obtaining permission from the Ministry of Interior and who can document that they hold a blue card given upon their request (provided that they have registered before the 2022-2023 academic year in secondary schools (high schools) in Turkey, excluding embassy schools and international private education institutions included in the MOBIS system) (It should be noted that Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 states, 'Children born in or outside Turkey to a Turkish citizen mother or father within a lawful marriage are Turkish citizens.' Candidates applying for admission from abroad are advised to review the Turkish Citizenship Law.)

3. Individuals who acquired Turkish citizenship later through naturalization and who are dual nationals (provided that they have registered before the 2022-2023 academic year in secondary schools (high schools) in Turkey, excluding embassy schools and international private education institutions included in the MOBIS system)

*4) If they are TC citizens, TC nationals who have been attending secondary education abroad before 01/02/2013, including those who have completed the last three years of their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country other than the TRNC (including those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of Education in a foreign country, excluding those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in the TRNC)

b) Applicants who started their secondary education abroad after 01/02/2013 and completed their entire secondary education (high school) in a foreign country other than the TRNC (including those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of Education in a foreign country, excluding those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in the TRNC) can apply for admission from abroad.

5. Applicants who are citizens of the TRNC, reside in the TRNC, have completed their secondary education (high school) in the TRNC, and have GCE AL exam results, as well as those who have registered and received education in other countries' colleges and high schools between 2005-2010 and have or will have GCE AL exam results, cannot apply for admission to foreign student admission quotas.

Who Cannot Apply:

b) From candidates,

1. Turkish citizens who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in Turkey or the TRNC,

2. Individuals who are citizens of the TRNC (except those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in TRNC schools and have GCE AL results or those who have or will have GCE AL results by enrolling in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010),

*3) Dual nationals as defined in clause 2 of article a, except those who meet the conditions specified in clause 4 of article a,

4. Dual nationals, one of whom is a citizen of the TRNC (except those who have completed their entire secondary education (high school) in TRNC schools and have GCE AL results or those who have or will have GCE AL results by enrolling in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010),

5. Turkish citizens attending schools within the scope of the embassies in Turkey or foreign schools in Turkey or dual nationals, one of whom is a citizen of the TRNC, who attend schools within the scope of clause 2 of article a,

6. KKTC citizens who will register in secondary education institutions in Turkey as of the 2022-2023 academic year, individuals who renounced their Turkish citizenship/holders of Blue Cards, and foreign nationals (excluding embassy schools and international private education institutions included in the MOBIS system) can apply.
