2020 – 2021 Education Year Quotas

- Applications will be done online between the dates of 22nd June and 3rd August 2020. Please pay attention to the stages during the Online application process below.

- iso.comu.edu.tr is the application link.

- You can access to the application system on 22nd June 2020.

- You must register with your e-mail before the application.

- The passwords will be sent to the email of the applicants who registered to the system. The applicants can access to the system with these passwords.

- The applicants have to mark the most suitable choice for them.

- Please do not forget your Applicant ID and password.

- The applications are free of charge.

1) Those who are Foreign National

2) Those who were born in Turkey but then got permission from the Ministry of Interior to cease to be a citizen of Turkey. (Blue Card)

Must upload their Blue Card to the system.

3)Those who are foreign national but became a Turkish citizen afterward / dual citizens

Must upload their certificate of identity register copy to the system.

4) a) Those ( Turkish citizens) who complete their last 3 years of secondary education(high school) in a foreign country excepting TRNC -Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and continued their secondary education abroad before 01/02/2014 (not excepting the ones who complete their entire secondary education(high school) at Turkish colleges founded by Turkish Ministry of National Education in a foreign country excepting TRNC -Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus)

b) Those (Turkish citizens) who started the entire secondary education(high school) in a foreign country excepting TRNC -Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and continued their secondary education abroad after 01/02/2014 and completed there (not excepting the ones who complete their entire secondary education(high school) at Turkish colleges founded by Turkish Ministry of National Education in a foreign country excepting TRNC -Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

Must upload to the system a document that shows that you completed your secondary education abroad.

5) Those who are TRNC citizen; dwell there and completed their secondary education(high school) in TRNC and have a GCE AL exam result and those who studied  in high schools and got  GCE Al exam results

Must upload tp the system your GCE AL exam result paper.

6) Those who are Azerbaijan citizens must upload to the system TQDK exam result paper.

• You must upload your International Passports to the system.
• You must upload your Certificate of Secondary Education / Temporary Certificate.
• You must upload the transcript of Secondary Education and its notarized Turkish sample.
• The applicants must add their high school(secondary education) grading system at first, and then their own high school graduation grade. The high school(secondary education) graduation grade point average ( Transcript grade) must be the average of the all lessons the applicants took during high school(secondary education). (It cannot be the average of only one degree or term.)
• There must be an inscription showing the grade point average on High School/Secondary Education Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• The applications of the applicants whose statements are missing or incorrect will be considered invalid.
