Yeni Koronavirüs (COVID-19) salgını ve Uzaktan Öğretim hakkında bilgilendirme

Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,

Bilindiği üzere T.C. Cumhurbaşkanlığı tarafından Yeni Koronavirüs (COVID 19) Salgınına karşı alınan önlemler doğrultusunda, üniversiteler 16 Mart 2020 tarihinden itibaren 3 hafta süreyle tatil edilmiştir.

Bu bağlamda Yeni Koronavirüs (COVID-19) salgını sebebiyle üniversitemiz senatosu tarafından 20.03.2020 tarihinde ÇOMÜ’de uzaktan öğretime başlanmasına karar verilmiştir. Buna göre laboratuvar ve uygulamalı dersler hariç, bütün teorik dersler 30.03.2020 tarihinden itibaren eş zamanlı olarak uzaktan öğretim yöntemi ile yürütülecektir.

Ders materyalleri ve izlenceler Üniversite Bilgi Yönetimi Sistemi’ne (https://ubys.comu.edu.tr) yüklenmiştir. Dersler, Microsoft Teams vasıtasıyla haftalık ders programı ile aynı saatte canlı olarak yapılacaktır. Öğrenciler web tarayıcısı veya cep telefonu uygulaması ile derslere uzaktan katılım sağlayacaklardır. Katılmayan öğrencilerimiz derslerin tekrarını daha sonra izleyebileceklerdir.

ÇOMÜ Tek Hesap şifresi yani ÜBYS girdiğiniz parola ile https://ogr.comu.edu.tr adresinden e-postanıza giriş yapabilirsiniz. Microsoft Teams’e ücretsiz olarak ÇOMÜ e-postanız ile kaydolabilirsiniz. Üniversitemizin Microsoft ile e-kampüs anlaşması olduğundan herhangi bir öğrenci sınırlamamız yoktur. En kısa sürede kayıt işlemini gerçekleştirmenizi rica ederiz.

General announcement regarding the Coronavirus and online distance education

Dear Students

As you already know, in accordance with measures taken by The Presidency of the Republic of Turkey against the new Coronavirus (COVID 19) Pandemic, classes have been cancelled all universities in Turkey for 3 weeks as of 16 March 2020.

In this regard, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it was decided by the university senate to start distance education at ÇOMÜ on 20 March 2020. Accordingly, all theoretical courses, except for laboratory and applied lessons, will be carried out synchronously with online distance education method from 30.03.2020 on.

Course materials and syllabuses have already been uploaded to the University Information Management System (https://ubys.comu.edu.tr)

Courses will be held live at the same time as the weekly course schedule through Microsoft Teams. Students will attend classes remotely via a web browser or mobile phone application. Those who could not attend the lectures on time will be able to watch the repetition of the lessons later.

We have prepared for all students new e-mail accounts: studentnumber@ogr.comu.edu.tr. You can log in to your e-mail at https://ogr.comu.edu.tr  with the ÇOMÜ Single Account password, that is, the password you entered in UBYS. You can sign up for Microsoft Teams by your COMU e-mail for free. Since the university has an e-campus agreement with Microsoft, there is no limit for any students. Our request is for you to register as soon as possible.
